The Mock Online Forms mimic the functionality of the actual data entry Internet Application located on the Medi-Cal website. PLUS, the training application offers helpful tips and informational feedback messages. You can add new recipients and/or enter screening and follow-up information to learn how the system responds. Your changes will not be saved once you leave the site.

Authorized Trainers
Click this link if you have been assigned a training account by CDS or QAPE staff. Authorized Trainers provide data entry orientation and technical assistance to staff at program provider offices to ensure accurate and complete CDP:EWC data entry.
