Kirsten Barstad-Mulvey
Kirsten Barstad-Mulvey, BA is the Administrative Program Manager for the Center for Cancer Quality Assurance and Professional Education. She has a diverse background in project management, having spent 19 years of her 23-year history with San Diego State University Research Foundation on various grant-funded international and regional projects. The remaining 4 years she worked on the Foundation’s central staff in Research and Community Services Administration, and at KPBS, San Diego’s TV and radio public broadcasting station. Ms. Mulvey’s experience includes directing and supervising daily project operations, project development, budget and fiscal management, community outreach, training program design and implementation and database design and management. She graduated from San Diego State University with a degree in Latin American Studies.
