Consensus Guidelines: Histological Abnormalities
 2006 Consensus Guidelines for the Management of Women with Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia or Adenocarcinoma in situ were published by the American Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology (ASCCP). Algorithms for the guidelines are also available on the ASCCP website.
These guidelines and algorithms may be used by Cancer Detection Programs: Every Woman Counts providers of cervical cancer screening and diagnostic services. The development of the Consensus Guidelines was supported by ASCCP. They do not necessarily reflect the official views of the National Cancer Institute or the California Department of Public Health, Cancer Detection Section.
