A Woman's Guide to Breast Cancer Treatment
The State of California requires that doctors give a copy of this booklet to patients who have been diagnosed with breast cancer. It is a valuable guide, intended to help a woman become an informed partner in making choices with her healthcare team. The guide was developed by the Institute for Public Health, Graduate School of Public Health, San Diego State University on behalf of the California Department of Health Care Services, Cancer Detection and Treatment Branch.
